     Shopping Over $20 Get Free delivery service throughout the United States, but P.O.Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam are not accepted.

     *Due to COVID-19 outbreak, the express delivery time may be delayed.


    Generally speaking, the order delivery time is divided into two parts:

     Processing time: The estimated time required to process the order.

     Processing time: Usually 1-2 working days, there may be delay during the holiday period, please understand.

      Delivery time (standard/Expedited): When the standard/expedited delivery method is selected, the estimated delivery time of the order:

      Delivery time (standard): usually 12-18 Nature days.


       Receiving time = processing time + shipping time (standard / expedited).


        1. Standard: 12-18 Nature days, free;

        2. Expedited delivery: 5-9 working days (DHL is responsible for delivery), if you have requirements for the express delivery time, you can leave us a message and choose expedited service by paying an additional 20 $.


    For example, if you order goods, it will take 1-2 working days for processing time, and if you choose "standard shipping", it will take 12-18 Nature days for shipping time.

    Therefore, you can expect to receive it within 13-20 Nature days. If you choose to expedite the shipment (5-9 working days), you can receive it within 6-11 working days.


     Here are some things that need your attention :

1. Free shipping is only offered within the contiguous United States for standard domestic shipping.
2. Packages returned to the Anchovysderby warehouse due to incorrect shipping information will be given a PRODUCT REFUND. We are not responsible for any items/packages lost during transit or if it has been tracked as delivered.
3. Orders will ship out once ALL items can be fulfilled within the purchase. Packages will ship out according to the LATEST pre-order date unless stated otherwise. In the occasion an item is out of stock or unavailable, your order may not be shipped until the staff get in touch with you and reach an agreement.
4. Orders will ship out within 1 to 2 business days from the IN-STOCK DATE at the time of purchase. Please note orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day. Additionally, orders placed after 9:00 AM PST will be also processed out the following business day.
5. Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
6. The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
7. All orders may be placed on hold for further security verifications if information is found to be fraudulent and/or the Incorrect order information.
