We provide you with high-quality delivery services. Under normal circumstances, we will deliver the ordered products for you within two week.

For customers in other countries:
Our courier is working hard to ensure that the package is delivered to you. Please note that due to flight restrictions in certain countries/regions, delivery to certain destinations may be delayed. As flights and services will be cancelled in a short time, your order may be rerouted and cause delays. If your package is late and your chosen delivery service is not available, please contact us. If the shipping options in your country/region are no longer available or have changed after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as feasible to make other arrangements. Rest assured, we are doing our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible!


We understand that it may take longer than usual to return an item in the current circumstances. Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of your parcel if you want to return any item in your order. If you then need a little more time to arrange to ship the parcel back, that's not a problem. Just let us know and we will try to help as much as we can.
